The Unity is unique among all wheels on the market. Every wheel on the market (except the Unity) is built with a urethane material poured onto some type of plastic hub. Plastic as a material is a ''dead'' material, and must be encased in urethane to make the wheel as ''lively'' as possible. In terms of rebound and ''liveliness'', urethane is what makes a wheel feel and perform well. The Unity is different than any other wheel in the fact that it is a 100% urethane wheel. The Potenza Power Core is the secret of the Unity. This high density, high rebound urethane is exclusive to Hyper Hockey. The Potenza material allows a smaller core with an increased mass for less rolling resistance, higher rebound and a greater grip.
