Bladeworx Returns/Refund Policy

We will always do our best to accommodate and work with each individuals needs and requirements on any return/refund claim. Bladeworx reserves the right to replace, repair or exchange goods where appropriate.

Wrong Size

If the purchased goods are the wrong size please contact us on +61 3 9819 9991 or customerservice@bladeworx.com.au to arrange a return/replacement. Please be aware that we will not offer an exchange if the item is used, damaged or if the packaging and accompanying accessories/tools are missing/damaged.

Warranties

All products are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty. If we can ascertain that the product has a manufacturing fault and is not the result of improper or extreme use we will replace it free of charge (excluding postage).

If the product has been damaged due to wear and tear, neglect or, by accident we are more than happy to provide a repair service at a reasonable price.
