Returns & Refund Policy

Bladeworx Returns/Refund Policy

We will always do our best to accommodate and work with each individuals needs and requirements on any return/refund claim. Bladeworx reserves the right to replace, repair or exchange goods where appropriate.

However, we will issue refund if the goods:

  • Are defective/faulty/damaged upon arrival
  • Do not function how the customer was led to believe they would
  • Do not match the description the customer received at the time of purchase

A refund will not be issued if:

  • Proof of purchase is not provided 
  • Goods have been used
  • Ice Skates have been sharpened and/or heat molded
  • Customers know of any defects at time of purchase (eg; Display models etc)
  • Original packaging and accompanying accessories/tools are damaged or misplaced Jocks & Undergarments are not eligible for refund 

Wrong Size

If the purchased goods are the wrong size please contact us on 0395809320 or to arrange a return/replacement. Please be aware that we will not offer an exchange if the item is used, damaged or if the packaging and accompanying accessories/tools are missing/damaged. 


All products are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty. If we can ascertain that the product has a manufacturing fault and is not the result of improper or extreme use we will replace it free of charge (excluding postage). 

If the product has been damaged due to wear and tear, neglect or, by accident we are more than happy to provide a repair service at a reasonable price.

Shipping, freight and postage are non-refundable.
